As Ssendom reached an abandoned restaurant in Phoenix town with eyes glaring at his green cursor he walked up and applied the voucher to the building immediately changing ownership to him, which turned into a Deed of Workmanship. As long as he was diligent and worked on a consistent basis to improve himself as a Chef, he would retain ownership of this residence. "Azure Phoenix Grill, I can already see it now. This is the start of something good." He told himself he looked around at the PKers that were in town and notice their opinion changing by their facial expression of a smile in a genuine aspect when they saw that he activated one of the Restaurants in the town, "Lets get down to business!" He chanted to himself rooting himself on in his head he immediately got to work cleaning up the place. He had no worry inside shop, he unequipped everything but his standard clothing. Within the confines of the shop he knew he couldn't be attacked. It was like a mini town protection except PKers could enter without being attacked by guards, "This'll be grand."
