Thorne 0 Posted June 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2015 Profile» Username: Thorne» Real name: Pavel Sachrichetz» Age: 19» Gender: Male» Height: 6ft 2About: History/personalityThorne was born in Juneau in Alaska, and lived there for most of his life, until he moved to England at the age of 16. He struggled in social aspects at school, and was constantly bullied at school in the early days. However, he grew quite a reputation when his rage allowed him to fight back, and win under exceptional circumstances. This also got him expelled on many occasions, but meant that after just a few days, the bullies left him well alone. He is haunted by dreams, some of them nightmares, some of them not, but he claims that all dreams that trouble him are a foresight into what is to come. One of his non-nightmarish dreams troubles him the most, and he will not reveal what the dream contains to anyone but those closest to him. However, it is known that he is searching for something in said dream, and every time he dreams it, the story advances, bringing he him closer and closer to his quarry. When he does come out of the dark recesses of his mind, he can be caring and loyal towards the people he holds dear to him. He constantly tries to cheer people up, despite giving the impression that he's teetering on the verge on depression himself. He does tend to also appear slightly insane as he sings and talks to himself, reciting poems and music that speak to him, and sometimes creates his own musical ramblings through what he receives in his dreams.Virtues:Cool and calculated, Thorne won't rush into anything unprepared. He will watch and wait until he sees a good time to jump into the action and isn't particularly rash. This means he is unlikely to be killed by monsters straight off of the bat. Thorne always thinks things through which means he isn't prone to making stupid decisions and will be less likely to make stupid mistakes whilst in combat, however this can make him appear lazy or selfish to other team members.Thorne is ferociously loyal. He is devoted to protecting the people he loves. However, his rage can mean that he is dangerous to be around even if he IS loyal to you. His loyalty has been assured as he is devoted to finding someone who's identity he will not reveal to anyone else apart form those closest to him.His intelligence makes him a brilliant tactician, and he can use this to take control of any situation. This causes an aura of respect and obedience, and people will look up to him in a crisis.Flaws:Unfortunately, Thorne can sometimes be blinded by rage, usually caused by harm to himself or people he cares about. It is suspected that he has a separate personality that reveals itself every time he loses control. Also unfortunately, the 'blinded' part means that sometimes he loses control and will destroy anything and anyone in his path. This had led to confrontations in the past. However, Thorne has grown accustomed to this, and is more than prepared for any sword fight or bar brawl. His devotion for the person he is searching for means that he will also leave people behind if it interferes with finding his quarry. This had led to abandoning people during desperate situations, and makes him appear selfish and cowardly. His rage and devotion to his quarry means that he is afraid of forming close bonds in case he hurts someone he cares about or leaves someone behind for the good of his mission. Exposure to this fear has led to him being somewhat of an introvert, and he tries to spend as much time as possible alone, or with people who understand his issues, and are prepared for when he turns.Profession: UnemployedSkillsNon-combat:»Passive:»Combat:»One handed straight sword 1Weapon skills:»InventoryWeapons/Tools:» One handed straight swordRoleplays» [solo/private/open] LinkedTitle» [solo/private/open] LinkedTitle - in progress(no "in progress" means its complete; "incomplete" can mean one or the other person stopped replying for a long time)Relationships Currently noneStory Thus Far Currently none
