(PP-FLOOR 3) Frame Of Mind // Astrid

Recommended Posts

Carmine was sort of tired, tired of the same old same old; that being sitting inside the game only occupied by activities available on the Floors she could venture to, as well as given the option to wander around outside safe-zones if she very well pleased. Why did she have to get stuck in this game? It was fun at first, give or take the few suicides and plenty of deaths, basically a paradise away from home. But now Carmine had begun thinking differently, her overall frame of mind beginning to turn from spunky and giddy to something less, well... childish. Perhaps Sword Art Online was changing Carmine's personality, one that hadn't been different since she'd become a teenager; thus, what was happening to her was completely foreign and something the twenty-six year old obviously didn't like.

Plucking a dandelion next to her, Carmine crushed the flower she'd just killed in one palm, sighing as she let her body go limp and sunk to the ground, sprawled out in a small section of the fields that surrounded Delilah Village. Today just wasn't her day, and Carmine didn't know when or if her mood would be picked up anytime soon. She threw the crushed flower in her hand forward, unknowingly hitting another player with the balled up weed.
