I've been stuck too long with all of this newbie gear, and it won't help me once I start moving up through the floors." He produced his Bastard sword from his back and held it aloft for Lessa to see. "It's a weird choice, but it counts as a two hander, despite being held steady in one. Can't use it adeptly without both." He nodded to himself. "It's just the right weight for me. Not too heavy, but not light." She looked like the sort of person who knew her swords. "Ah well, not to bore you with details. I'm going to head out, and maybe I'll see you again. Thanks for talking to me, Lessa, it helped." Arc slid his weapon back into place and stood, stretching. With a few steps, he pressed open the door and flashed a smile back at the blonde woman.
