does anybody know how to delete accounts?

So, i know i shouldn't really ask this in the forums but the thing is my little sister made this account in my email without asking and our mum has just made her a new account on her email. so i'm trying to delete this account, any ideas?

That'd likely be a job for a staff member, specifically an Administrator. I think contacting them is the only way, since the option would normally be under your control panel on the account.
