Amorous Armors and Armaments

The path leading out of Lharsi splits after a short walk, the less beaten path leading up to a thin building built into the mountainside. The open wall lined with pillars provides an excellent view, as well as providing air flor to a normally stuffy forge. Various implements to craft weapons and armor are set up through out the space, with samples of the crafter's work lining the free walls. Along the right most wall, two sliding doors open up to a small trickling waterfall; groundwater that seeped through the ground from the river flowing through the town above that provides an excellent, natural source of water for the forge.

The owner of this shop sits at a workbench, her feet propped up on the wooden surface and chair leaning back on its hind legs. Her golden gaze turns to look at you as you enter, a small, but welcoming, smile smile stretches across her face.

"Hey. Welcome to Amorous Armors and Armaments. What can I get ya?"

Jevi stood in her new shop on the Fifth Floor.. She nodded as she looked around the place, ~"Should do nicely. Could do without the extreme heat, but its not too bad.." she smiled, knowing she now actually had a place she could call her own.. even a home for now. She lifted her hand to open up her menu, un-equipping her usual orange shirt, revealing only her undershirt which was black with no sleeved. She stretched her arms into the air as she stepped behind the counter and walked up the short stairs to where the workbench was set up. ~"Well, might as well get to work." she said to herself as she pulled out some materials from her inventory. She decided to try and work with some of the tough Snake Scales she got from some Mobs in the forest.. she what she could make with such an item. She found out shortly after a couple of hits with her hammer that they would not prove very helpful in making a weapon. She sighed as she discarded the sad excuse for.. whatever the hell it was that sat on the table in front of her.

Jevi pulled out another material from her inventory this one being a simple slab of iron given to her as an extra reward for becoming a blacksmith. She set it on the table and brought her hand to her chin, thinking what type of weapon she should make. She figured a straight sword may be her best bet.. since it might sell more easily than a spear or war hammer. She placed her free hand on the table and began to hammer at the ingot, concentrating on what she wanted to create. After a moment, the ingot was replaced by a flash of white light, taking the form of an ornate short sword.

Jevi let out a loud sigh as she closed the door to her shop behind her. It had been another long day out in the fields, and she was hoping to get some rest. However, she knew she needed to make some more weapons to put on display in her shop to get other player's attention. As she walked behind the counter, she untucked the orange shirt from behind her waistband and opened it up. She slipped it off and placed it on the chair at the counter, leaving her in a blank undershirt that was much better suited for a place this hot. She stretched her arms and walked up the stairs to her workbench, opening up her inventory to pull out a material to place on the workbench. As it materialized into her hands, she stubbed her toe on the top step and lost her balance. While stumbling forward trying to regain her balance, she accidentally let go of the ingot in her hand, throwing it into the molten rock pit in the far corner of her work area. As the material sank into the hot liquid, it broke into blue data fragments.

She let out a heavy sigh and smacked herself in the face at her clumsiness. Throwing her fist down beside her, a pout on her lips, she used her other hand to open her inventory again. Pulling out another iron slab, she placed it on the table and looked for her smithing hammer. After grabbing it, she began to pound away at the metal, concentrating on what type of weapon to make. After a few good smacks, the material began to take the form of a very small weapon, this time a dagger. It was nothing special, but it was a weapon.

Glory felt like all the shops she visited were too busy so she asked around for one that was new and many NPC's along with people pointed her to "Amorous Armors and Armaments" which was definitely a shop Glory hadn't explored or heard of so far. When she walked in Glory already had her payment thought out and ran up excitedly to the counter when she noticed that the shop owner was none other than her guardian angel. "Jevi! I didn't know you had a shop." She filled out an order and gave it to the woman quickly. "I hope you don't mind that I'm paying in materials but I have a lot. Thanks!" Glory would wave goodbye and leave while waiting for her requested item to be made.

Jevi placed the dagger she had just created on a small shelf near the counter. As she did so, she heard the door open behind her, accompanied by a light bell ringing. ~"One second!" Jevi called to the player who entered their shop as she rearranged some of the weapons on the display. She was then met with a small, familiar voice, calling her by her name. As she turned, her face lit up, ~"Glory! Its good to see you, hun" she smiled at the girl as she leaned forward on the counter to meet her. She noticed Glory began to fill out a request form, which made Jevi very excited, ~"Well looks like you're going to be my first customer then Glory! And I have no problem with you paying in materials. Ill be sure to make this sword to the best of my abilities, and I will send you a message when it is finished!" Jevi waved to her friend as she exited back through the door, afterwards opening up her request form to see what she wanted. A perfect sword huh... never made one before... But I won't let Glory down.

She quickly made her way back up to the upper landing where her workshop was to begin work on Glory's claymore. She opened her inventory and placed the materials needed down on the workbench before taking a deep breath. Grabbing the smithing hammer, she began to work on her friend's sword. hoping there would be good results. The sword began to take its shape, and as the light dimmed, Jevi sighed. It was a sword at least.. but not meeting the standards she needed. She placed the large, basic Claymore to the side.

Jevi yawned as she opened up her inventory and pulled out yet another material. She wanted to try and make Glory's sword as soon as possible to not let the girl down. She knew Glory looked up to her, so she did not want to do anything to disappoint her. She placed the material on the table and rubbed her eyes. From lack of sleep, her eye lids felt heavy.. and she knew she needed sleep. She picked up the hammer and brought it down onto the table.. Only, she did not hit the material. She pulled her hand back in pain when she realized it was her own hand she had smashed under the hammer. As she dropped the tool, it crashed into the ingot on the table, knocking it to the ground and destroying it. She let out a sigh as she shook her hand to get feeling back into it, ~"I think I need some sleep..."

Jevi slowly opened her eyes and picked her head up out of the small pool of sweat and drool that had accumulated on her shop counter. She wiped her cheek and lip, realizing she had knocked out in such an uncomfortable place, ~"I should really look into getting something to sleep on." she said to herself as she stretched her stiff back. She knew it was time for her to get back to work. Walking up to the workbench, she took one of the ingot's out of her inventory. Before placing it on the workbench, she thought she might try something different this time. Using a pair of large metal tongs, she grabbed the ingot and gently placed it over the molten forge near the workstation. She metal began to glow a bright orange, indicating it was ready to be shaped into a weapon. She slowly brought it back to the table and switched out the tongs for a hammer. After pounding on the molten metal for a few moments, it began to take the form of a thin bladed sword.

~"Well that worked out pretty well" the purple haired girl said with a smirk on her face, placing her hands on her hips.  The rapier she had crafter was very demonic looking.. surely it would get someone's attention. After placing the weapon on display, she figured she might as well try and get one last craft in for the day before going out. Placing her hand on her chin, she thought about what type of weapon to make this time. Once she knew what she wanted, she repeated the same technique as last time; heating up the ingot before hammering away at it. Her results yielded another powerful weapon, this one being a long handled trident.

Jevi was getting lucky.. two pretty good weapons in a row. She hoped someone would be interested in them, so she made sure to place the trident right next to the demonic looking rapier. If no one would buy them, at least they would show off her craftsmanship. As she placed the weapons down, she took a deep breath. I have a feeling about this one.. she thought turning towards the workbench. She hopped up the stairs and pulled out another one of the ingots she had in her inventory. This one seemed to give off a little bit more of a shimmer, which may have been good for Glory's specifications. Using the large tongs, she placed the metal into the forge to slightly melt it before placing it back on the table. After putting the tongs down, she interlocked her fingers and stretched forward, cracking her knuckles. She then grabbed the bronze hammer and began to smash into the bright orange metal. After a few good hits, it began to shine a bright white, and took the form of a large claymore, the length of her table. Once the light dimmed, Jevi threw her arms up in excitement; she had crafted a perfect sword! Glory's to be exact. She quickly opened up her message screen and sent out a PM to Glory.

Blue walked into a random shop with his materials in hand. He looked around, seeing that the place was quite new, he walked up the stairs and saw a tanned girl watching him. "Hello. Gonna place an order in if you don't mind." He said with an excellent smile. He hoped that he could get this sword in good time but he guessed it doesn't really matter. Blue was well known for his excellent patience and his patience will apply here as well. Blue walked over to the counter and placed in an order. It was the first time he did this but he hoped the materials he shall be spending will be worth it and the blacksmith hopefully will be good at her trade.

Jevi felt herself getting better at this smithing thing, more confident. And to top it off, that last craft put her in a great mood. As she put Glory's sword over to the side for her to pick up, another man entered the shop. He was a face Jevi did not recognize, but then again.. she did not familiarize herself with many people. ~"Oh, hey there. Welcome. What can I do for you?" The player went on to tell her that he wanted an order done for a longsword. Jevi nodded her head, ~"You got it, I'll let you know when its ready for pick up." She knew those weapons on display were making an impact on the shop's customers, causing more people to come in that she had expected. She figured she might as well get to work right away on this guy's sword. So she went about her usual business of heating up a metal and then hammering away at it. Her results were quite pleasant, though not what she was initially aiming for. A new scimitar, which was her own weapon of choice. She eyes the weapon up and down before picking it up in her hands and giving it a swing, ~"Hm.. I could use a better sword." She then proceeded to place her new craft into her inventory.

She wiped the sweat from her forehead.. She was reaching her limit for the day and needed to get some rest soon.. The extreme heat was also starting to get to her, but she figured she could try and get one more sword in. Hell, maybe she would get lucky and craft another perfect weapon for that kid that came in before. That being said, she took another material out, almost dropping it from the sweat on the palms of her hands. After regaining her balance, she placed it on the workbench and took hold of the metal prongs used to lower it into the molten forge. She took a deep breath of the hot air, which tasted like burning charcoal and metal. But, she got the job done, and brought the scolding hot piece of metal back to the work bench. She grabbed at her hammer and took a couple of moments, sweat dripping from her forehead and onto the table, I wonder how grossed out Shaya would be if she saw me like this.. she smirked. She then got to work on creating this sword, which turned out better than expected. The material, after a few good hits, began to shine a bright white light, and expanded to take the form of a sword. It fulfilled the order's of that Blue guy perfectly. So she opened up a message to the boy and sent it to him right away.

Blue had heard that his sword had already been made. Well... that was quicker than I expected. He thought, quite glad with the shop owner's excellent non-waste of time. He stood up from the park bench that he had slept on the previous night before slowly walking toward the shop where he would soon pick-up his "Wolf Fang" Longsword and use it against weak mobs so he can become a successful and high leveled player like everyone else on SAO. Blue opened the door to the shop and there she was... the Wolf Fang. Blue quickly picked it up and put it by his waist to see that it fit perfectly. "Sweet! Thanks." Blue said in a chilled voice and a swish of hair to the shop owner.

Glory nearly ran to Jevi's shop when she got the message saying her sword was good and ready, not being able to wait and see what the weapon looked like. She was polite though and stepped into the shop normally giddily jumping up and down at the counter as she clapped. "Thanks Jevi! This sword is just what I imagined it would be. You're an amazing shugo tenshi! See you later then. Thanks again." Glory waved and accepted the sword into her inventory ready to leave but not before smiling softly in Jevi's direction in true admiration for the woman.

Jevi wiped the sweat from her brow as she took a seat at her counter. Almost immediately after, Glory and Blue came into her store again.. almost at the same time even. Both had come to pick up the swords Jevi had crafted for the two, and she was excited to see how happy they looked with her craft. Blue did not stay very long, for he picked up the sword, made his payment, and walked out after thanking her. Glory stayed with Jevi a moment or two longer than the boy, mostly to compliment on her work and all. Jevi, who's cheeks were already red from the heat, blushed slightly after Glory's kind words, and she returned the smile and the wave.

~"Back to work" Jevi sighed to herself, walking back up the stairs to the forge. She took out a material from her inventory, this one being steel rather than her usual iron. After a few moments, Jevi looked at the blade she created in front of her. It was good.. but not enough.

Opal had heard from word of mouth from Lowenthal that there was a curved sword specialist on floor five of Aincrad. Opal was hesitant to go out searching for this Blacksmith as she had been on that floor for a quest, although the company was nice the dry heat was beyond what she expected. In nothing but her leather pants the strappy top of her Treasure Seeker Costume, Opal had found the dwelling of an odd shaped housing in Armadillo, away from the civilization but close enough to be in contact. Sweat poured down the curvy natures as she entered the building, down a spiraling staircase. Had it not been for the exact purpose of getting a One Handed Curved sword, Opal would have not been here at all. Dabbing herself lightly, the shelter minimized the heat from the outside desert area as she slowly made her way down, panting and more or less complaining as she had done so. Finding her way around the shop, Opal was glad to see what appeared to be a tan woman in the back examining her own wares. Opal gave a slight smile, still somewhat distracted by the heat given off her body. She made her way to the counter, "Hello. I hope you are Jevi, crafter of the curved blades? I heard from word of mouth from a certain player you are the go to person for Curved Weaponry. I'll be leaving for special training soon and I will require one of your blades. I have specific notes from my Master that needs to be crafted, he mostly cares about the enhancements and not so much the physical appearance." Opal flicked open her menu and pressed a few simple buttons on her HUD and sent the blueprint to the female smith.

"I hope the number of materials will suffice, that is all I have on me currently. However, if you are able to make this sword, I'll come back to your shop......." Opal paused, "Yeah, I'll come back for further orders when I need the other weapons made." Opal dabbed her body once more with a cloth as the sweat was running down her body as she finished the transfer. Her shimmering skin took a seat at the corner of her shop, "I'll wait right here if you don't mind. I'm not entirely sure I wanna go back out into that desert heat at the moment..."

Jevi heard the sound of the familiar bell signaling a customer walking into her store. She was in the middle of stretching out her body to place the spear she had made not too long ago on a higher shelf to make room for other weapons. ~"Y-Yeah thats me.." she said through a grunt as she stretched her body up a bit more and got it into place. ~"Phew. Sorry. Yeah, I'm Jevi.. and I guess curved swords are my specialty." she chuckled. She then laid her eyes upon the woman once she got to the counter, noticing her curvy body was shimmering from the sweat ~"W-What can I help you with?"

Jevi watched as the attractive woman sat down in a seat a little away from the counter, leaving quite a hefty order for Jevi to fulfill. She looked over the schematics for the weapon.. Her description made it sound like quite a nice blade. She was excited to get to work on such a thing, especially a curved sword like her own. She headed back behind her counter and up the stairs to where her workbench was stationed. Cracking her knuckles, she went through her list of materials.. looking to see what would be best for Opal's sword. Placing her hand on her chin, she tried to think of Opal's features that would compliment a certain style to her sword. The first thing popping into Jevi's mind was Opal's voluptuous chest. She quickly shook her head and smacked herself in the cheek to get herself to focus. She decided first to try and go with iron.. heating up the metal and banging it into shape. The results gave her a simple curved scimitar.. not up to par with what she was expected to make.
Going back into her inventory.. she found some more interesting materials, one of them being glass. Shrugging her shoulders, she figured she might as well give it a shot. She began to heat up both steel and glass and placed the two materials on the table. She continued to work on the weapon until it came into took shape in a bright white light. In its place, a beautifully crafted curved sword, with colored stained glass placed strategically throughout the weapon's blade. It truly was a work of art.

She picked up the blade in her hand and examined it, before walking down the stairs and over to the counter with a smirk on her face. ~"That went much better than expected. Here is your Izunami.. as you ordered."

Jevi thought her luck did not run out there, and figured she could finally make herself a better sword. She pulled out a piece of ebony from her inventory and stepped over to the forge, dropping it into the hot molten fire. Not thinking, she quickly reached her hands in and pulled the slab of ebony out, burning her hands in the process.. but she saved the ebony.

There was a ding in her message box, Jevi had finished the blade sooner than she expected. Making her way back to the sand dome, and down those stairs again, the perspiring woman made for the counter the blade sitting on the edge. Opal was simply amazed at the beauty of the ornate blade, it was flashy, dark, lethal and somehow stained glass was captured within the blade itself. She looked to Jevi to see if it was alright to take it up. Her hand wrapped around the purple handle and she lifted it with the greatest of ease, it was like 100 times lighter than The Ifrit. She smiled, "I don't think I actually introduced myself, I'm Opal of the...Well, that doesn't matter. But this, this is a great sword.
