[PP-F5] Just Another Day (Xion)

Vasth sat his shop,He was bored out of his mind.He sat there paint a picture of Miriko while a cat sat on his lap.He has his feet in the pond of water.He ate on a apple as he waited for customers ,He had just open his shop so the wasn't much people that know about this shop. Vasth looked out the windows.He stared into the river.....bored out his life.He yawned and laid down.

Xion sighed as he walked through the desert town of Armadillo, it wasn't his favourite place to be, saying that any place with extreme weather wasn't desirable. As he walked the wind whipped up sand which then managed to find it's way into his clothing and whatnot. Bored, and with nothing to do he decided that he would check his friends list, and saw that Vasth was online, and on floor 5. "Hmmm.." the player was a bit of  ways away from Xion, and he was by a river no less. Xion sighed, and started walking towards where Vasth was on the map as he had nothing else to do, which took him a while, but soon he was standing outside the shop, next to a beautiful flowing river.  

 

He sighed again before opening the door to what was a relatively small shop, it was a quiet place with only one person within it: Vasth. The young man was painting a picture of a girl, that looked scarily familiar to Xion. "Hey Vasth, nice place" he said with a smile as he walked up to the player, looking at the cat on his lap. "Now both you and Takao have familiars, man I need to get one" he said.

Vasth turned as he saw Xion. (Dude if u see my shop need u can get a better idea of the place. :D it's next to a river)

"Yeah,it's a cool place,oh and the cat is part of my shop,not my familiars,I have a few walking around,but I want a dragon familiar." Vasth grinned,he went back to his picture of Miriko.

"Sit down,if you want, the pond is warm,help yourself around the place." As the other 2 cats that were walked up to Xion and rubbed they backs on his leg.

Xion smiled and bent down to stroke the cats "They're cute either way" he said before taking a seat by Vasth, getting a good look at the picture that he was painting. "Wait is that Miriko?" he asked, Xion had met the girl once before, on a particularly windy day on floor 1. The boy shook his head "Anyways how have you been man?" he asked with a grin.

"Yeah it's Miriko,I have been pretty good,but the shop is empty because I just opened the shop." Vasth smiled.

"How have you been lately?" Vasth painted Miriko. He stopped and looked out the window.Vasth yawned.Vasth looked his creations so far

Xion smiled "I've been fine, shop has been doing ok, although all that people ever order is perfects so the orders are taking some time. But it's made me a nice amount of money so far" he said as one of the cats jumped onto his lap. Xion smiled as he stroked the small animal, making it purr as it curled into a small little lump of fluff on his lap. "Reminds me of one of my cat's back home, although that one is ginger and rather big" he said with a chuckle"

Vasth smiled.

"I might order something later,I will going and make some tea." Vasth was think about making dragon looking armor. He got up and started walking toward the kitchen door.

"OH by the way Miriko and I are couples right now and that's why I am painting her,just wanted to be clear on that." Vasth said quickly because he wanted to just make that clear and move on.

Vasth got up and walked over to a door and into a kitchen,he made some tea and a bit of a light snack.

Xion nodded "Congrats I guess...", he then sighed as Vasth left the room. Xion himself hadn't been able to find 'that someone' in SAO unlike many people that he knew, while he was happy for Vasth, he sort of envied the fact that he had a girlfriend. 'No point worrying...it'll happen someday' he thought to himself as Vasth walked back into the room. 

 

"So I hope you don't mind me asking but how long have you two been a couple? Just curious"

"Hmmmmm about a month and a half," Vasth said as he sat back down.He placed the food next to himself and give tea to Xion. "We love each other a lot," he said as he eat a biscuit. Vasth remembered how Miriko and himself meet ,that made him laugh,which made Xion startled. "Sorry, I was just recalling how Miriko and I first met,she fell off a tree and landed on me."

Xion nearly spat out his tea when Vasth spoke. " well that's one way to meet" he said with a slight laugh as he drank some more tea, it was almost perfect, sweet enough for Xion's tastes and not too sweet as to ruin the drink. "Man I need to find someone...sometimes nights at the forge can be very lonely..." He said, looking at the painting once more.

" Don't worry Xion that special person will come along,it's just that mine happen to come a lot more earlier." Vasth said ,he saw Xion look at the paint " She beautiful isn't she."  Vasth smiled at Xion " dude maybe yoy will met that someone in a weird way like me."

Xion chuckled "maybe...maybe I'll meet someone on the front lines once j get there...but that's a long way off" he said, sipping some more tea. "No boy or girl in the real world would approach me with a ten foot barge pole when it came to dating, maybe it's the same here" he said with a slight chuckle.

[Vasth 0]

" Your kidding right,a cool looking guy like you?" Vasth wonder why would they. "People gave me a unwelcoming look if they saw my scar but now I don't mind."

[Xion 0]

Xion laughed at vasth's comment " sure I look nice, but I was considered one of he nerds, the people that you dared not socialise or be seen with for fear of becoming a target for some burly year 10" he said, remembering the days that he had spent alone at school, nobody to talk to, nobody to help, not a single friend...

[Vasth 0]

Vasth saw Xion face expression and quickly decide to cheer him up. "Don't I know that feel besides what has pasted is pasted no point in thinking about it now because you have friends now." He patted Xion back and smiled then as he came up with an idea he smirked " I will introduce you to girl when I meet some." He nudged Xion.

Xion smiled as Vasth mentioned introducing him to some girls " Vasth: the ultimate wingman" he said with a chuckle, before drinking the last tea, and letting out a relaxed sigh. "Yeah I do have friends here...more than I could have wished for, all of them great people such as yourself"

Vasth smiled 

"No problem man," Vasth said as he looked up.

"A relaxing view isn't it?" Vasth yawned as he looked out the clear windows,the river water passed by under them and they listen to the animal make their sounds.

 

[Xion 0]

Xion smiled "'tis' a rare view on this floor..." He said, as he too watched the river slowly flow. "You're a lucky man Vasth..." He said as he gave his friend a small pat on the back.

Vasth smiled 

"Yah it is,a place with I can relax and remember good things in life.....also helps me sleep with a refreshing view." Vasth yawned and looked up as the 3 cat went on him and stayed on his head,lap and chest.

Xion couldn't help but chuckle as the cats decided that Vasth was the perfect place to sleep. "Reminds me so much of mine on the other side, although these ones don't leave a literal carpet of cat fur on your clothes once they're done" he said with a smile, gently stroking one of the felines. "So...anything planned for today?" he asked, looking once again out of the window, as he saw a small bird fly past.
