Aetharan\'s Drops and Creations

Recommended Posts

Pretty much a standard-issue thread at this point, no?  This exists to maintain proper track of and gain approval for items generated in my RPs, whether they come from monsters I run or the efforts of my character at a forge.

First contestant!

Item: Fur-Lined Breastplate

Quality: Uncommon

Source: Mob drop, roller ID# 29064, Loot 20.

Description: A rather simple piece of armor, over all, it's just what it says on the tin: a steel breastplate lined in grey wolf fur. This uncommon item has a single rank of the Damage Mitigation enhancement. It is rather lacking in embellishment, clearly an item constructed to serve a single purpose.

Item: Jagged Half-Pike (x2)

Quality: Rare

Source: Shop-crafted by Aetharan, Rank 1 Blacksmith.  Rolls 29295 and 29296, both CD 11.

Description: Functionally, a two-handed assault spear with 2x Damage enhancement applied.  Visually, a shaft of hardwood 5'6" in length, with the butt capped in a 6" socket that terminates in a spike for driving that end into the ground, while the head has a 9" socket connecting to a trio of blades of the same metal.  The central blade is 12" long, edged on both sides and serrated for the rear half of its length.  The flanking pair are only 5" in length, starting almost perpendicular to the primary and curving forward so that their tips are only 20º off of its angle.  Both match the primary's edging style.

Both approved, though keeping the enhancement and description separate helps for sake of clarity with items.
