[PP-F1] Testing the Skills of Opal (Crimson Blades)

Recommended Posts

Xion laughed as he listened to Opal talk about him 'Needing her' at some point. "Trust me, the DPS will always need the tank, and even then you seem like a sneaky player, a nice change but still, your power will always shrivel before the might of a tank" he said, before turning to the boar, which had just rammed itself into the player's shield, the blow was barely noticeable, and the boar took instant thorns damage, leaving it with a tiny sliver of health.

"Now finish it, it has 1 HP left"

"Yes Master~" Opal lifted her blade, the crimson and silver legacy of the late Lindow was lifted up in the air and came down crashing into the earth and split the pork chop in half before it cried as it was pinned underneath the blade and swatted down into the earth in a bloody grave. Opal whipped the sword back and beheaded it before it could turn to digital ash and flicked a smile to Xion, "Thanks for the help. It would have taken me forever to kill the damn thing...And Boar's Blood...Imma take this one."

She leaned down and collected the spoils of combat, "Alright, Xion. A dead boar. Fantastic fun stuff, so how about we do something that isn't so mundane? I know the combat system already and how it works, how about we do something that would actually make more sense to as being a member of the Guild? Slaying boars is not going to make me a productive member of the Guild..."  She shifted the blade down into the ground and leaned on it, her honey eyes stayed heavy on the Aegis.

Opal didn't receive an answer, she was pretty much done with Xion at this point. She had no interest in learning and he probably had no interest in teaching. So that's how the Blades did things, quite the opposite stories she heard from Lindow. None the less if she was going to fill in his place, she would have to act in a curt like manner, but this boy was a different story altogether. Just a boy, not quite a man. But who was just to judge, Opal was your run in the mill brat with an ego the size of Jupiter. She dislodged the mighty burdening blade from the ground and set it perched on top of her shoulder. She spun in place and the massive weighty instrument left her grip as she headed towards the Starting City flicking a finger in the air and the waving as her bottom swayed side to side.

The day was done, she was done, everything was done. As she headed back into the city, she caught glimpses of the night settling over the horizon give a mystical orange glow. She took in a heavy breath of fresh air and smiled, her future was bright...she knew that much, despite losing Lindow she would do her best to live up to his expectations. Little did she know the weight of the burden she carried would soon break her and that she needed to learn to walk on her own path.

Opal's Summary: +1 Mat, + 200 Col, +1 Boar Meat [Good item]
Xion: Shown no interest to continue, so asking for a Lock.
