Lawfer was born in The Big Apple, New York City. His father was an upcoming prosecutor with the District Attorney’s office and his mother had retired from dancing before he was born. He was their only child.

Ever since Lawfer was a child he had curious mind and a knack for learning. When Lawfer was 8 years old his parents discovered that he had a photographic memory, his mind could process and learn anything after reading or seeing it just once. His father was ecstatic because he would eventually want Lawfer to follow in his footsteps, regardless of the fact that he was only 8 years old. From that point on, Lawfer’s father would push exceeding hard on him when it came to school and his studies. Lawfer’s mother started to realize how hard Lawfer was being pushed and tried to make sure he could at least enjoy his childhood with small little outings with just the two of them.

When Lawfer turned 14, his father enrolled him in a private High School to better cultivate his growingly brilliant mind. Lawfer apposed because he didn’t want to leave his mother whose health was beginning to decline and his father become more of an absentee because he had left the District Attorneys’ Office and opened his own law office to make even more money. Money had consumed his father’s life and created a schism in his family.

Lawfer would continue to work hard in school, even though it came easy to him, because he knew that it would make his mother happy knowing that he succeeded in his studies. When he came home during the summers of his high school career, he would go to work with his father where he learned the ins-and-outs of litigation law. Lawfer graduated High School Valedictorian and had access to any college he had wanted, but deferred entry because of his mother’s health condition.

Lawfer spent the following year taking care of his sick mother. In this time, he rarely if ever saw his father. Even though he was never around, Lawfer took it upon himself to enjoy every second with his mother. Learning all her stories, how her and his father met, why she decided to retire from dancing, what his grandparents were like, and even what his father was like before he was born. She also taught him many other things like; how to dance, how to talk and connect with girls,and how to enjoy the smaller things in life. When she finally passed on, Lawfer felt alone for short time but was ready to move on past his loss.

Lawfer eventually made his way to college. After a few semesters, he realized just how trivial the education system was. His whole life he had done exactly what his father wanted and up until this point the only thing about school that Lawfer enjoyed was how happy it made his mother who was always cheering him on. Now that she was gone, Lawfer didn’t know what other reason he had to do excel in college. He didn’t want to work for his father anymore. Especially since his father abandoned his mother she needed him the most. Instead, he decided to enjoy his social life for the first time ever. Finding joy in meeting new people, creating new memories and finally getting a few girlfriends.

After his college tenure was completed, Lawfer decided that he would travel the world and go on as many adventures as he could. He stuck close to his college friends. Most of them at this point were into online gaming. When he had heard of the Nerve Gear and the revolutionary SAO game that was being released, Lawfer knew that he couldn’t miss out on the experience and adventure of a whole new virtual world. Little did he know that it would prove to be costly error?


Virtues:

Loyal- One of Lawfer’s defining character traits, Lawfer has always been loyal to those who show compassion to him. He will never turn his back on a friend, especially when they're in need of a helping hand. Many times his loyalty has been tested and he always comes through when those who he cares about need him the most. His sense of loyalty and keen tongue keeps many of his friends close to him because they know that they can always rely on him when times get tough.

Intelligent- Lawfer spent most of his life with his nose in a book trying to seek the approval of his father. He has a photographic memory allowing him to remember anything he reads or sees making his mind a treasure trove of information. Lawfer relies on his intelligence to get him through every situation. He may not be the strongest man alive, but his cunning intellect allows him to make due in most cases. From his travels he learned a few languages, he didn’t master them but he could survive and communicate at a basic level. 

Adventurous- After his mother passed away and Lawfer realized how much of his time was spent on a dream that was never his own, Lawfer developed an overwhelming sense of adventure. Making him one of the most fun loving people around. His most recent exploits allowed him to travel around the world where he challenged himself to try out everything he could ranging from trying exotic foods, to exploring any areas that seemed interesting or nostalgic. 

Persuasive- Being the son of a lawyer, Lawfer has adapted and copied his father’s ability to persuade most people. Though he doesn’t see a point in controlling people’s feelings towards him, he uses his persuasive personality to try to better any situation he is in. Often times turning what could be a bad situation to a rather pleasant one. He relies on his charm and intellect to get him through most of life's hardships.

Flaws:

Flirt- After finally realizing his inner-charm and the effect it has on women, Lawfer has become a big time flirt. He always makes sure to let a know how beautiful they are, whether its because of their outward beauty or the cute little gestures and tendencies they have. To the point that it distracts and draws him away from his responsibilities. He treats women with the respect and dignity that they deserve, however, it often leads him into trouble especially with other guys. Lawfer is overconfident in this regard, many times having to try to backtrack out of a potentially dangerous situation.

Smart Ass- Going against his better judgement, Lawfer can be quite the smart-ass often times using his intellect to demean and make fun of others words and actions. He may not mean to come off as a smart-ass, however, he wont let someone off when they say or do something unintelligent. His belief is that even though most people are inherently intelligent, if they ever cross the line with a foolish comment, he will make sure they know just how unintelligent they sound. This more often than not keeps his real friends to a minimal number.

Aimless- Putting aside his natural born talent and his pedigree, Lawfer is aimless in what he wants to accomplish in his life. Using his intelligence as a crutch he has found no reason to apply himself in things that matter to most people. His only intentions are to enjoy the small things in life because neither money or prestige mean anything to him, he just wants to experience all life has to offer. This has estranged him from his father, and severed one of the closest connections he once had. 

Intellectually Over-confident- Due to Lawfer's intellectual achievements, he has become increasingly overconfident in this regard. He may not be the strongest person in the world, but when it comes to the sharpness of his mind Lawfer more than makes up for it. In the grand scheme of things he believes that no matter what he does his brain and his tongue will get him out of any situation that comes along. Many times this has lead Lawfer into dangerous situations where he hasn't been able to use his wits and charm to get out of.

Opal-Enemy-Originally their relationship was good, however, after being betrayed Lawfer despises the woman.

Snow- Friend- Her glowing demeanor has caused Lawfer to have a small crush on her.

Guildmate- Lawfer isn't sure how Mack feels about him, but Lawfer respects the man.

AbalassterGuildmate- After the Training exercise, Lawfer has grown found of their friendship and trusts him completely
