Regarding a pst

where can i find one, since i want to submit an uncommon item for approval? 

is it one of the admins?

All you need to do is create a new thread >here< with the item that you want approved.  You can then keep using that thread for anything that you need approved from then on.

Also the pst are the mods.

Just post the item, and wait a bit for a mod to take a peek at it.  Easy!

For future reference, you can find a list of the full staff here. From what I remember of what Shark had said a while back, it's generally recommended that you start with the PST first if possible, as they can handle most things such as journal approvals, item approvals, and topic locking. 

But item approval, no messaging is needed-  somebody from the staff will handle it when they're able. (That staff link can be found by clicking the "More" drop down underneath the Search bar at the top right-hand corner of the site.
