I got an uncommon loot from a treasure chest, figured I would use a set of plate armor that gives off +3 DMG Mitigation. 

Is this allowed? Thanks

I see that this has been un-replied to for quite some time. If you have yet to be notified I'd like to apologise.

And as for the item. I would suggust looking at other Evaluation threads. As this is where people post loot drops and item creations. So there is an actual form.

And for the enhancements, an uncommon loot drop only has 1 enhancement slot. So it'll oonly be allowed to have 1 Mit(3DR), As the scaling goes:

Bad - no bunues
Good - no enhancements, but activates skills
Uncommon - 1 enhance
Rare - 2 enhance
Perfect - 3 enhance
