» About: A blunt, sarcastic young man working as a kindergarten teacher Maeno Kiyokazu is one of the many players stuck in SAO. Running away from his turmoil past concerning his familial ties with the Yakuza. Maeno has spent most of his life pouring his rage into video games. Noted for smiling a lot and smoking, he is one to be associated with a cheerful and collected nature. This changes the moment he steps into VMMORPGs. Inside of them he has shown hints of a slightly more sinister side.

» Virtues:

Respectful. To keep an image of good he is usually very courteous. He shows of respect to everyone around him. His manners are impeccable. His attitude tends to be positive. Maeno is very sociable and he makes friends very quickly. Too bad this is all a ruse, since he shows some signs that could be construed as either a sociopath or psychopath. Anyone be warned not to trust him.

Flirt. A man who enjoys the pretty flowers that walk amongst this world. Maeno enjoys to flirt with all the girls that cross his path. Not that he is one to take relationships serious, though he also isn't one to shut down the idea of a one night stand. He has a promiscuity about him with little regard to his exes feelings. He doesn’t know what love really is, how it’s tender and caring since he was raised without either. Establishing solid relationships that last tend to be a hassle for him in the long run.

Loyal. When his loyalty is won over, Maeno rarely tends to question the motives behind him doing anything. If his loyalty calls to it he will go overboard to defend those he considers close, since he has no qualms of hurting someone. He has little remorse for his actions, as long as they benefit his needs and wants that’s enough for him. Because those he latches on to as friends are the ones he thinks will give him more strength and power.

Indifferent. Lacking enthusiasm for or interest in things generally, Maeno shows little or no interest in anything. He fakes such feelings for the act of doing so. Usually remaining calm and seeming not to care; Maeno displays a casual lack of concern to things he really doesn't care for. If you want someone to hear your problems, he is not the man because if annoyed too much he might surprise you with a dagger to the chest.

Obsessive. He usually develops an unhealthy and compulsive preoccupation with something or someone. Add in his promiscuity and these two traits don't pair off well. Once his attentions have been caught by someone in the game, either the person entertains him or he is bound to take their life. Maeno never shows second thoughts about this and he also suffers no second feelings concerning cheating to get what he deems rightfully his.

Sadistic. Not one to show off this particular trait; but he has a he tendency to derive sexual gratification from inflicting pain or emotional abuse on others. When his other side shows Maeno is a cruel bastard. Once he is done, he might show some pity and focus on the after care of those that cross his path, though this is very rare.
