The most noticeable thing about this kid, right after his height, and having the hair and eye color of an albino, is his seemingly unbreakable calm. Whether the occasion is waiting for someone in a safe zone or fighting a monster, he just doesn’t seem to get worked up about much of anything.

 

It’s not because he isn’t afraid of death, or that he doesn’t feel emotions. He just keeps them all to himself, thinking of them as distractions most of the time.

 

In real life, he is a student who is a few grade levels above where someone his age normally would be. He has a great intellect and tries to think and plan ahead rather than spontaneously acting, though in combat he keeps this to a minimum.

Virtues:

Calm: Silvermist is very calm, rarely letting things affect his apparent emotional state. While he does feel emotion, he doesn’t let it interfere with his actions under most circumstances.

Intellectual: Silvermist is very smart for his age, and often surprises older people with his mental acuity. He is also fairly mature for his age, and finds it easier to befriend older people than it would normally be.

 

Agile: Rather than seeing it as a liability in a fight, Silvermist uses his small size as an advantage in several situations. Combat is one of them, in which he will use his small size to dodge and strike accurate blows to weak points.

Flaws:

Mute: Actually, not quite mute. But his voice is rather quiet, to the point that the loudest he can get is a loud whisper. This makes him next to impossible to hear in the heat of combat. While he has made up some quick hand signals to get important information across (‘heal me’, ‘switch’, that sort of thing), he really can’t be expected to say anything complicated in the middle of a fight, or even in the middle of a crowd.

Indecisive: When put under pressure, especially when expected to make the sort of choice that could determine success or failure, Silvermist is easily overcome by indecisiveness. This even comes up in regular interactions. ‘What do you want for lunch’ is one of the most difficult questions you can ask him.

Poor social skills: In general, despite his calm nature and maturity, Silvermist just isn’t that good at interacting with people. While he tries his best, sometimes he unintentionally says the wrong thing at the wrong time, or seems apparently insensitive. His calmness can sometimes come across as a lack of empathy in some situations.
