Performer Question

As I am planning on Eula becoming a Performer in the future, I have one question about it; where would I receive Recording Crystals from?

Alchemists can make them and Merchants can sell them.

^ as an addendum to that, Performers don't need to use recording crystals for their profession. They use materials like everybody else.

@Takao , sadly (from my interpretation to the guide) they do require recording crystals. Fisherman require rods and performers require recording crystals. Performers require recording crystals because if you look at the guide it states that, and I quote, "In order to gain EXP, a recording crystal must be used for the song."

I was specifically told by Zero to write in that they don't require recording crystals, so I'm just going off of what he told me.

I don't believe anybody is wrong here- Performers do use Recording Crystals in-universe, but Recording Crystals are really just an explanation for what the Performer uses as his or her materials. No special method is required to obtain them, but for RP-ing purposes, you would be using a crystal when recording your songs for exp/crafts.
