He had to get the bad taste out of his mouth, both literally and metaphorically, so he went off in search of a flower Nepent once more. Just like before he had to walk a mile to find another, starting to see the pattern. In time he saw red and charged at it. It was a flower, not a berry! As the Nepent 'ambushed' him with its lashes he simply grips his sword tight in his hands and cuts the final Nepent in half! He laughs in victory as it shatters apart and a pop-up appears alerting him to the completion of his quest! He could probably pawn the blade or something he thought as he took a deeeeeep breath and soaked in that sweet victory... and Nepent Juice, seriously he needed a bath. On the walk back though, he noticed he had enough SP to boost his curved sword skill up a rank! He smiled and went ahead with it, smiling as he felt the power rush through him as he held the blade... And then a pop-up appeared. "Huh...?" He starts reading it aloud to himself "Katana skill..." He blinked, it seemed he had unlocked something special. It wasn't one of the base skills, it just... unlocked for him! That actually made him feel a little less sour about today. He would have to get a katana to use this skill!.... and more SP. That would help too. He immediately rushes to the capital!
