Takao 0 Posted September 26, 2015 Author #21 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Takao began the short walk back to the settlement of Delilah. He trudged through the hills until he reached a beaten dirt path; in one direction was the Forest of Wavering Mists, and in the other it lead back to the main settlement. He started southward, toward the town of Delilah, and watched as the town began to grow in the distance as he drew closer. The entire quest had taken him less time than he'd been expecting, and it would grant him with more reward than he could've gathered on his own in a single day as well. Takao 0 Posted September 26, 2015 Author #22 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Takao passed beneath the gates of Delilah and dove back into the crowds. As midday approached, the number of people - both NPCs and otherwise - had nearly doubled. It was still incredibly far from being as crowded as the Town of Beginnings, but the increased size elicited a warm feeling in his chest regardless. It was always nice to be out and about, even if he wasn't specifically socializing with anybody. Just being around others did wonders for recharging his mental batteries. He arrived at the blacksmith's shop that had granted him the quest, known humbly as "Griswold's Arms and Armour". He opened the door and proceeded back inside, and was greeted again by the same woman that had done so earlier in the day. After informing them of his success in locating and acquiring the item they sought in order to create his armour, he handed over said item, and watched as the smith went to work. Only ten minutes later did he offer the item to Takao, who accepted it with a smile. He waved to them as he left, and headed off in the direction of his rented shop-residence.
