[PP: F7] A Surprise Encounter! [Jevi]-Complete

Opal's eye lit up with a mild surprise when Jevi had asked for a hit or two from the cigarette she was cradling, "I had no idea, I guess we learn something new everyday, huh? By all means puff away," the woman's small hand moved towards Jevi, allowing her to take the burning stick from her grasp. "It's a good idea not to get in the habit of these IRL, it's a money sink. Almost five dollars for a single carton of Marlboro Reds...so it can get pricey especially for someone like me who is a chimney sometimes." The woman smiled at Jevi who had take the cigarette off her hands and placed them down in her lap looking up at the stars and breathing in the mix of citrus and fresh mountain air around them. The purple haired woman, who had now fully undressed into a more nightly attire along with the lush silky strands of purple hair the flowed endlessly down her back, the woman was jealous for she had longed to once more have her long hair. 

The woman was showing gratitude for Opal for having a good day but she seemed a little troubled as well, being thrown into the well of solitude thanks to her so called 'nasty attitude.' Opal scoffed lightly, "Nasty? Let me tell you something, Hun. We Sisters of Sin need to keep that aggressive attitude up. We can't afford to look weak these days in this game, people are always plotting ways to take advantage of us because we might look frail and vulnerable. I keep a pretty impressive mean streak when I am dealing with other people, but I soften up only when the others seem genuine. It is hard to discern who is who sometimes, but ya know? Being a bitch and being a woman are all the same. People will get over it. And you will always be a friend to me, no matter what. After I am done with training here, we'll go back out and have some fun together. I am not sure when that training is over, but I assure you we will have some great fun together. We sexy women need to stick together." Opal offered a word or two of encouragement to her forlorn friend. She would not want anything to happen to Jevi ever, she had grown close to her despite the minimal times they had been together the woman was someone she could call a friend and in this world, those sort of ties and bonds were forever forged.

With a quick smile, Jevi reached out her hand and took the small orange stick in her hands. Her yellow eyes scanned the object, it was interesting to her to see something that looked and felt like a cigarette, normally billowing with the smell of tobacco, coming off with a citrus scent. Shifting the cigarette so it sat between her pointer and middle fingers, she brought one end to her lips. Jevi closed her eyes as she softly inhaled, opening them again when she realized how accurate it was to the real life thing, but with a different smell and taste. ~"Wow." she said before blowing out a small mist of smoke, ~"Its a good thing they don't have these in the real world... I'd probably be addicted to them." she said ,giggling,  before taking in one more pull and holding it out to give back to its original owner. ~"I may have to stop by your shop some time when you get back.. pick up a couple." 

She looked at Opal as she spoke, instantly making her feel better about her attitude towards life. Her words hit Jevi, because they were all true and completely relevant to her past life. The only reason her personality was shaped this way was as a defense mechanism from being bullied and taken advantage of. She ran her hand through her hair, pushing the long purple bangs in front of her face behind one of her ears, showing a warm smile. She chuckled, ~"Yeah.. pretty much hit the nail on the head." Her eyes peeked through and looked at Opal for a moment before leaning over and resting her head on her shoulder. ~"Yeah. That would be nice." She then yawned, placing her hand gently over her mouth as she did so.

Opal nodded her head, "Well, I would have to actually say they kinda do...there are those e-cigarettes that you can get now as well as vaping pens, and hookahs. You can get flavored tobacco products for those items so its actually not a far fetched idea now. Personally I stick with my Reds, but I do frequent Hookah Bars in my hometown as well time from time. And yes, you should totally come by the shop sometime, I'll make you any flavor you like." Opal had taken the thin stick back once Jevi had finished with her end of getting a small delighted sample from it. Proud of her own product, the woman flicked the end with the nail of her thumb as the orange ashes scattered about in the wind. Taking a smaller hit, the woman exhaled slowly and flicked the cigarette away from her as it exploded into small particles, "And environmentally friendly as well," she joked watching the rainbow colored data scatter. 

They had relaxed for a few more moments in silence when Jevi rested her head on Opal's shoulder, a somewhat startled and surprised expression crept up on her face, but her body reacted normally to it. After her experiences from a few weeks ago, this one felt safer, the simple gesture was innocent enough for Opal anyways and she curled an arm around the woman's waist and laid her head on top of Jevi's after her brief talk about getting the some of the attitude towards other down. Red lips smiled back and she inhaled lightly with an even more shallow exhale as she heard the purple haired woman yawn. 

"Mmm, a little tired are we? I'm getting there too...Why don't we turn in for the night and get some of that much needed beauty sleep?"

~"Oh yeah." Jevi said, realizing that Opal's words were true. She had heard of these types of things before, the electronic cigarettes and vaping and all. It honestly interested her when she first heard of it. But of course, that was far out of her reach money wise. Jevi barely had enough money to afford SAO, and that was mostly it for her funds that did not go towards the tiny, run down apartment she lived in back in the real world. ~" Definitely something I would not have been able to afford anyway." she said with a chuckle. In regards to buyiung such a thing from Opal in this world, however, was something she was definitely considering. ~I'll have to think about it and stop by soon. Thanks."

The girl felt Opal's arm wrap around Jevi and her head gently rested on top of her own. She smiled when Opal figured the girl was tired, ~"Yeah actually.. Thought I was gonna fall asleep right here and all." she said with a giggle, bringing her hand to her lips as she did so.

"Mmm, didn't think I was a very comfortable woman to sleep on. Well...not my shoulder at least," the woman offered up a friendly giggle as well. But she lifted her head and her arm moved from Jevi's waist as she brushed her fingers through the dark tendrils of her hair. She stretched for the moment in her spot, and then extended her feet out as well to stretch those muscles. Adjusting the strap of her tank top, Opal lifted it back over her shoulder and turned to her friend. 

"I'm gonna go ahead and get some sleep. Got that serious training to do tomorrow. But if you are awake and all, you are more than welcome to stay out here and enjoy the night sky some more. But it is getting late, and knowing Master Myoga, he will be waking us both up at the crack of sunlight." The woman with her long legs then stood up and stretched her arms once more upwards, her small tank top riding upwards accenting the busty womans curves as she did so before her arms fell back towards her thighs with a low sounding clap. She moved towards the door and slid it open, waiting for Jevi to walk in and then sliding it shut. She moved to the other end of her bedroom and slid that door open for Jevi to exit. 

"It was nice to hang out with you again, Jevi. Hopefully the next time we do it, we won't be staring down a group of ninja." Opal moved closer to her and wrapped her arms around her body giving her a gentle hug, "Well, sleep well and have peaceful dreams. Should you need anything, feel free to wake me up. I will try to be coherent as possible should that be the case." Opal laughed and retreated from the embrace of the woman with a smile and closed her door to leave Jevi to her own whims. The female slunk towards her bed on the floor, little more than a thick mattress and a single pillow. The woman curled herself up inside the comforter and slowly closed her eyes. Eventually the Sandman had come and soon sleep quickly came upon her.
