[F1 - OP] Bringing Halloween to Aincrad!

Halloween. That one time of the year when all things that would normally be considered spooky are celebrated. The day when it was okay to take candy from people you've never met before. The holiday that caused monsters to roam the streets at night. It would be a crime to not share such a magical day with others! Only problem was... How? Things didn't exactly translate well into the virtual world. There weren't going to be nice, old ladies handing out peppermints or scary movies to watch, but neither of those things were enough stop the boy from trying to come up with something to serve as a substitute. A haunted house maybe? That could work. If he had a house. Though after further consideration, the players had to face actual monsters everyday just to survive. Would a few people in costumes really be scary anymore? He could host a horror story gathering, where the players could take turns trying to scare the socks off each other with bone-chilling tales. But would anyone even show up to that? A costume contest? Contest. That would imply there's a prize at the end. It's not like he could afford to pay the winner out of his own pocket. But there had to be something he could do. Something that didn't make his wallet want to start crying.

"Why does thinking have to be so tough?" Grumbling and grieving over a lack of good ideas, he finally realized where he had been wandering to. A fountain plaza near the center of the Starting City, in the middle of the day, and with an ocean of players moving in all directions. The perfect setup. Without any hesitation, he scrambled to climb on to the first empty bench he could find. "Ladies and ghouls; have I got an announcement for you! I, Seul, want to help raise the overall morale of the player population by getting into the Halloween spirit. But, I kinda need some help figuring out what people would be interested in doing. Thus I call upon you now to lend me your voices for the good of the Aincrad Halloween Omega Task Force! Come on, don't be shy!"
