1. Do I do my crafts like the majority of other job classes do?
2. And if I do craft, is there a different MAT requirement for the different levels of vouchers?

Yes you do, you get EXP from it too! The profession guide points out the CD roll stuff. You also need to always offer two items instead of one :D

But no, each voucher costs the same.

Another thing to note: You said MATS when in the guide it says BASIC ITEMS... SO basically you can buy the basic weapons/armor from your own shop and then just use those.
