"Sure thing Ariel! No worries Zandra, for now then just focus on keeping us going. Ariel and I should be able to take him down on our next assault, but we need to build up enough energy to do so first."

Giving a calming breath Calrex kept his eyes focused on the fallen angel, gritting his teeth as his grip on the Grand Blade tightened. Lowering his stance he coiled his leg muscles, "I've got to time this right. Wait for the perfect...opening!"

Right as Tagas brought his blade down the Ultramarine Knight quickly leapt to the side, immediately rushing towards the exposed weak point, the angel's underarm. Unleashing <<Meteor Break>> once again the shining golden sword cut deep into the field boss as the bluenette unleashed his barrage of cuts and tackles, finishing with a fierce piercing stab before leaping back, sliding a decent distance before a nearby grave stopped his movement.

"This thing doesn't have much left but with both Ariel and I spent of our energy it's going to be quite a while before we'll be able to attack again..."

[Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0]

SO far the worse has come from her point of view. She was there is relative safety doing practically nothing as the two risked their lives to stall for her. It was the most decent strategy but it was unbearable to just watch... she wanted to act and even had to stop herself a couple of times from running towards it driven only by instinct. 'This is so frustrating!!!' she thought, a little bit relieved that Calrex was able to continuously dodge Tagas attacks. He would regain energy while actually doing something useful instead of just waiting around... "Keep it up guys!" she shouted with all her might, despite her interior frustration at least she could put a happy face and cheer for the two of them, keeping spirits up.

Zandra saw when Calrex delivered another powerful attack, reducing the Taga another big chunk of health. Thou it still was quite some left before it would be defeated. When Zandra looked at the energy bars, she saw both Calrex and Ariels was completly empty, it was only she, Zandra that had any energy left. But all she could do was dealing one damage at a time. But she guessed that was better then nothing right? So she charged up her weakest sword art again, Crcak of dawn, she charged forward and released it. Just before she was gonna release it, she actuvated her cnsentration skill, turning this hit that seemed to be a miss into a hit, reducing the Tagas health by a single point.

[Oikawa 1]

(I don't want the rewards for this, but i do want to finish this out for you guys.)

The wooden doors of the church crashed opened with a resounding crack as a flash of white and gold darted into the building, knowing that his disappearance earlier may have left a sour taste in their mouths, Oikawa realized he had no right to even look them in the eye. Drawing his blade, the blonde was more than sure he could help them eliminate the remainder of the bosses health. He quickly dropped into the pre-motion for <Over Radiation> and upon release, he activated <Charge>. Like a lightning bolt, he zipped across the building and quickly dished out a flurry of furious blows that seemed to rattle the boss to its core. Finishing the thirteen hit combo, the blonde stepped back towards the group. Glancing at everyone's health and energy levels, he realized his timing couldn't have been more perfect.

"Well talk about an entrance!"

Calrex looked and gave a sigh of relief as he saw Oikawa return and use his most powerful Sword Art on the field boss. Giving a smirk the bluenette turned to face the fallen angel, but as he did suddenly he saw a dark aura form around the giant monster before it sent out a powerful blast, "Gah!"

Getting knocked back by the attack the Ultramarine Knight looked to see that all three of his teammates had taken damage from it. To his surprise, the attack bypassed his mitigation. However, he looked and saw that Oikawa's shield had triggered as the Paralyze effect appeared next to the field boss' HP bar. Gritting his teeth he looked back and gave a calming breath, seeing his energy climb up a single point, "Alright then, that's not as bad as I was expecting, but we'd better get this boss finished. Oikawa, glad to have you back, let's take this thing down!"

[Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0]

The blonde's eyes widened for a second as the cathedral doors swung open. 'What now?' she thought, ignoring the fact that it might be backup that came. She then recognize the white clad figure that enter it and used a very powerful sword art, similar to her own. "Took you long enough aye? she asked with a smile as she saw the boss HP bar drop a considerable amount. But that moment didn't last long as the boss shortly after, released a AoE attack that chipped away a fixed amount of everybody's HP. 'Pffff, it ignores mitigation?' she thought as clenched her teeth. Luckily it wasn't a huge amount but on quick a inspection of their HP bars, it was enough to shave 1/3rd of Zandra's.

[Zandra 0]

Zandra saw the Taga dealing a powerful strike. Not only on Calrex, but everyone else in the party as well. She got surprised, wasnt ready for her to be hitted as well. Luckily Oikawa have came back and he dealt quite a bunch of damage to the Taga. Zandra brougth forth her amphibian war rally. She inhaled and then moved the horn to her lips. She blew in it as strong as she could. The sound was much louder than such a small horn should. The taga got paralyzed so if Oikawa would miss, they was gonna have one free turn without worry about beeing hit back.

Dark matter manifested around the angel, slowly encasing him before springing forward and crashing into all those around it. The powerful area of effect attack quickly knocked the players back. Clutching his chest, the blonde caught his breath before trying to press forward. The energy drain from his last attack was more than taxing apparently as he could hardly stand.

Glancing to those around him, he clenched his teeth and used his sword as a crutch for the time being. Waiting for the next opening, he simply nodded to the rest of the team before observing the angel once again.

As Calrex kept his eyes on the angel he gave a sigh of relief. The field boss appeared to try and activate its aura attack once again, but the Paralyze effect from Oikawa's shield seemed to keep it from activating, sparing them from yet another area of effect attack. Pushing himself to his feet he closed his eyes and focused, his <<Meditation>> skill activating to its maximum level. The outline of his avatar was surrounded with a bright light before building to a flash. His health climbed by a small bit before he opened his eyes again.

"We've got to make sure that thing doesn't attack again. Once we get to act again we should focus on hitting as hard as we can as usual. But..."

"Alright, this thing is on the ropes..."

[Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0]

"It's still alive?" she asked herself as she looked at Oikawa. "C'mon, somebody sneeze in its direction!" called out the blonde as she looked at her Energy bar..she still had lots to recover until she could land a hit that could actually deal more damage than 1. At least this was a good training experience for when they will fight his boss, Avarius the soulstealer or whatever he was nicknamed as. Energy stuff were a must in that battle as a damage & teleport crystal and alcoholic potion. But she could do little but watch the rest instead of trying to do something unnecessary that would possibly put the rest in risk or worry. All she do is watch from a safe distance and curse in thought.

[Zandra 0]

Zandra saw Oikawa that have returned to them at the last failing to attack it this time. Zandra couldnt realy decide what to do, it didnt had much health left, thou her attack wouldnt make such a huge difference. She could do what she came here to do. So looked at her wrist. There she had her ice-braclet that havent been used as much as she had hope, well, actually thats a good thing, since that meant she havent needed to heal someone which mean they havent been hurt. Zandra darted towards Calrex and placed her hands on his back, she then activated the first aid skill. But by some way she couldnt do it, even whit the help of her braclet.

[Oikawa 1]

Exasperation was evident in the heavy pants of the team. Each player, aside from himself, looked like they had been through a tough fight. A fight he had left them to take on alone. Gritting his teeth, the blonde steeled himself, as he rose up once more. Determination overflowing like the sunlight in the darkest parts of the world. Stepping forward,  he launched himself at Tagas. A golden afterimage was left in his place as he brought his rapier back and unleashed another <Over Radiation>. Thirteen jabs and thrusts mercilessly wounded the boss until its HP dwindled down to nothing.

An explosion of pixelated shards littered the church as the boss was finally defeated. Heavy pants riddled the blonds chest as he rested on his rapier and turned to the others. Offering them a weak smile, he wearily trudged past them and headed back out the very doors he had busted through only minutes before. Not thanking or even excepting thanks for that matter, the blonde disappeared from view without a word.

As Oikawa walked off Calrex gave a sigh of relief, seeing that the field boss was down for good. Resheathing the Grand Blade the bluenette spoke as the blonde walked off, "Thanks for the save. You sure you..."

Before he could finish his sentence his friend was already out of the church door. Looking up, he also saw that Oikawa had also neglected to return to the party, meaning that both people he considered his closest comrades were not a part of the quest. Giving a small sigh e looked back at his two remaining teammates, putting on a friendly face, "Well, that's taken care of. Nice work guys. Let's get back to the safe zone and get this quest completed."

Heading back towards the doors of the cathedral the Ultramarine Knight headed back towards the settlement, putting his hands into his jacket pockets.
