» About: Sonata is a calm and reserved girl. She loves solitude, though she is not exactly shy. She often corresponds very formally, and is one of the most regal people one will ever encounter. She is the second oldest of the Anias family, and works alongside her brother to support the family. She is also extremely kind, and will not hesitate to lend a hand.

She loves music, nature, and her family. She doesn't do well with large groups of people, and often disappears when a group is getting too big. Her favorite pastimes are reading and cooking.

Sonata has white hair, which sometimes seems tinted with purple. She has deep blue eyes that also seem slightly purple. Despite her more reserved attitude to most everything, she is exceptionally adept in battle, and charges into battle instinctively. She would either use a lance or an axe in battle.

» Virtues:

• Kind- Sonata is kind by nature. She cannot resist seeing someone in need, and likes to settle conflicts quickly before things escalate and someone gets hurt.
  
  
  • Prudent- Sonata has a chivalrous mindset. Her motto is "Help those who cannot help themselves." She is also very honorable, and would never kill or endanger another person, though respawning are obviously a different issue altogether. She would never steal or tell a lie, though she may try to hide things.
    
    
    • Brave- Sonata does not fear speaking up for what she believes in. She also does not fear charging into battle, and does not yet appreciate cowardice in battle. Like knights in stories, she would rather die than run away from a fight.

• Overprotective- Sonata tends to be overprotective about her sister's well-being, and anyone else who happens to be under her care, including her family. She often spends much time brooding over what the rest of her family outside of

SAO are doing, and always carries emergency supplies with her to help those who need them.

Perfectionist- Sonata is a perfectionist. She cannot resist trying to fix someone's errors, and her own as well. But she makes sure to fix everything when no one is looking.

Practical- Sonata is very practical and down to earth. She won't listen to any ridiculous statements and has almost no sense of humor.

» Medicine Mixing - The effectiveness with which a player can craft potions and poison weapons.

» Musical Instrument - The effectiveness with which a player uses an instrument. Some instruments can have status changing capabilities.

Passive:

» Tracking - Raises effectiveness while hunting monsters. Can be used to pursue a player whose name is known by displaying their footprints from a certain time. Greater mastery of the skill will allow the user to see the recent footprints of nearby «Hiding» players.

» X-Ray Vision - The ability to see through obstacles and walls. Max level can see through secure rooms. Does not work on clothes.

Combat:

» Parry - The ability to use an attack to block an opposing strike. Maximum level makes it possible to destroy an item currently at less than half of the maximum durability; anything with a durability above that will not be damaged.

» Howl - Attracts the attention of NPC monsters and increases a player's Hate status effect. Often used by tanks to lure enemies to the player.

» Battle Healing - Recover low amounts of HP over time during battle. It can be leveled up by constantly getting one's HP into the red zone.
